Currently, we only provide pick-ups in Rotterdam (Center + Spaanse Polder) and the Hague. You must choose a location and come during the designated window for pick-up. If you do not pick-up your order either in-person or via PostNL, we do not provide refunds, so please contact us if you have questions about the pick-up. For some locations (Spaanse Polder), pick-up is only possible by appointment.
24-hour notice (by email!) must be provided prior to pick-up prior to the cancellation of any orders. All of our doughs are made to order for bespoke orders. We do not provide refunds less than 24 hours before pick-up/delivery. We do not provide refunds if customers refuse to accept deliveries, do not pick up their deliveries, cancel at the last moment after the order has been fulfilled. You should still contact us if you have an issue as there may be a solution to be found.
All orders must be paid for in advance. We do not accept cash payments. If your payment does not go through, you have 30 minutes to pay before your order is invalidated. We accept American and Dutch cards.
We may use your listed email or telephone to get in touch with you about your order, but we will not otherwise contact you without your permission. If you would like your information removed from our database, please get in touch with us.
